The project was approved by the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia. The Regional Socio-Economic Development Program II (RSEDP2) 2nd Call for Proposals. The project was approved in accordance with the submitted application for the open call for project proposals which expired on September 10, 2010. Project duration was 24 months.

The implementation contract referring to this project was concluded on March 24, 2011 between the University Business Academy and the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary in Novi Sad.
